NEW Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Overview

Staff Management | SMX is hiring immediately for 1st Shift Warehouse Returns Specialists at Callaway Golf in Fort Worth, TX. This is a great opportunity to join a modern, high-tech distribution center with long-term growth potential. In this role, you will support audit schedules, assist with audit preparation, and help resolve non-routine issues while supporting returns and quality systems.

These opportunities are available for immediate start following the application and two-step interview process. New hires may be required to work 1st shift for one week for training.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday (hours vary between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

  • Some Saturdays are required

  • Schedule may vary based on business needs

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Returns Specialist, you will:

  • Monitor, review, and report on audits of quality systems and procedures

  • Support system audit schedules in alignment with audit plans

  • Assist in preparing system audit plans when needed

  • Prepare audit materials based on schedules, objectives, and priorities

  • Apply established procedures to resolve non-routine issues of varying complexity

  • Support returns and production processes including assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and delivery flow

  • Process SAP Return Authorizations and manage receiving, organizing, and storing materials

  • Use basic math skills to analyze data and identify trends

  • Communicate findings and updates through email and reporting tools

  • Work collaboratively within a team and provide recommendations based on analysis

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must take a background check

  • Must take a drug test

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift

  • Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations and analyze data

  • Must be proficient with email and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)

  • Must have knowledge of production and returns processes (assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, delivery flow)

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Return Authorization processing

  • General knowledge of current and legacy Callaway Golf products
