What We Offer:
- Pay of $18.73 per hour
- First Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Direct-hire opportunity
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, and measuring instruments
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety awareness (preferred)
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic parts of road construction machinery
- Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and technical documents
- Use a variety of tools and measurement devices to complete builds accurately
- Inspect components for quality before progressing to the next assembly stage
- Work with quality control to ensure adherence to safety and product standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Test completed machinery for proper functionality
- Communicate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow
- Document any process changes or defects encountered
