<ul> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Week 1 (Training): Onsite M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Week 2 (Shadow): Onsite M-F, shift will vary depending on who you are shadowing</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Week 3-4; Post-training: Onsite M-F, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Beyond Week 4: Hybrid Tu/W, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> No weekends!</li> </ul>

<div style="text-align: justify;"> Role Overview: Candidates MUST read, write and speak in Spanish and English As a Representative, you'll provide prompt, efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers. Consults and interprets contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers and other Enterprise operating units. Key Responsibilities:</div>

<ul> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Responds to inquiries from customers, brokers, agents, and government agencies through oral and written communications.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Assists with and processes financial transactions and contract-related requests in accordance with policy provisions and regulatory guidelines.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Interprets and explains contract provisions for current and historical products to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Reviews and resolves routine processing errors, escalating complex or exceptional cases as needed.</li> </ul>

<div style="text-align: justify;"> Education: College Degree preferred, high school diploma required. Experience: Three years work experience with two years product-related customer service work experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge:</div>

<ul> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Fluency in Spanish and English (read, write and speak)</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> General office practices, customer service, and office equipment.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Information systems and insurance/financial services industry practices (i.e. Life Insurance) preferred.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management..</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"> Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate action.</li> </ul>
