Job Title: Trimmer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $17.80/hour (increasing to $18.47/hour in Los Angeles effective July 1st)
We are currently hiring Trimmers to join a growing cannabis operation in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team with long-term growth potential as operations continue to scale across multiple retail and cultivation locations.
This role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, hardworking, and interested in growing within the cannabis industry. Candidates with at least 6 months of trimming experience are preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Trim cannabis flower while maintaining quality and production standards
- Handle cannabis products carefully and compliantly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety and compliance procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous cannabis trimming experience preferred (6+ months ideal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
