We provide state-approved classroom, simulator, and behind-the-wheel training. As an instructor, you play a direct role in helping students reach financial independence while working a predictable, local schedule.
What Success Looks Like
On a day-to-day basis, you will split your time between hands-on training, behind-the-wheel coaching, and basic administrative upkeep.

- Guide students through simulator lessons and administer required written and practical tests.
On-the-Road Instruction:
- Ride with students on local city, highway, residential, and rural roads.
- Teach defensive driving techniques, smooth steering, proper braking, turning methods, and skid control.
- Reinforce knowledge of state traffic laws, road signs, accident reporting, and safety protocols.
Yard Operations and Administration:
- Track student drive time and maintain accurate training records.
- Inspect, refuel, and reposition training vehicles in the yard, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow and help enforce all safety policies on school grounds and on the road.
