Overview
Aether Power is expanding across Texas and looking for driven, competitive individuals ready to build a high-income career in solar energy sales. As a Direct to Home Consultant, you’ll represent Aether Power in local communities, educate homeowners on solar solutions, and generate new business through door-to-door outreach and personal referrals.
This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want full control over their income.
Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned Texas markets (Houston, DFW, or El Paso)
Engage homeowners and educate them on the benefits of solar energy
Generate and qualify leads for solar consultations
Leverage personal networks (friends, family, referrals) to build pipeline
Track outreach activity and follow up with prospects
Represent Aether Power professionally in the community
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a reliable vehicle
Willingness to work in-person in Texas markets
Comfortable knocking doors and engaging homeowners
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
Open to a performance-based compensation structure
