Compensation & Career Growth

• Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour.
• Growth Potential: Earn up to $23.50 per hour within your first year through our structured, in-house certification program.

What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Work alongside your teammates to guide guests through a seamless drive-thru service.
• Perform oil changes and essential preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect fluid levels, air filters, tire pressure, and other basic vehicle parts.
• Communicate clearly and politely with guests to explain services and answer questions.
• Keep the service bays clean, organized, and safe for both the team and our guests.

Over time, you will:

• Master our signature 33-point service process.
• Complete training modules and earn certifications to increase your technical skills and hourly pay.
• Take on more responsibility within the shop and help train newer team members.

Position Requirements

Must-Haves:

• A reliable, punctual approach to work and a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfort working in an active, fast-paced outdoor environment throughout the year.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, and move around for the duration of your shift, as well as lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work Saturdays as part of your regular weekly schedule.
• A willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and complete our paid training and certification program.
• The ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and guests.
• Ability to complete our standard pre-employment onboarding process.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or hospitality.
• An interest in cars or basic mechanical work (though not required).
