The Opportunity

Ace Handyman Services is looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Handyman / Home Repair Technician to join our team serving Lebanon and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, provides excellent customer service, and is comfortable handling a variety of home repair and maintenance projects. This position is ideal for an experienced handyman who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

As a Handyman / Home Repair Technician, you will complete a variety of residential repair and improvement projects, with a particular emphasis on basic plumbing and electrical work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing quality handyman repairs and home improvement projects

• Completing basic plumbing and electrical work

• Performing carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and tile work

• Troubleshooting repair issues and identifying appropriate solutions

• Completing assigned projects efficiently and professionally

• Communicating clearly with homeowners about repairs and potential additional work

• Educating customers about other services Ace Handyman Services can provide

• Maintaining organized tools and a professional appearance

• Working collaboratively with office staff and other team members

• Consistently delivering high-quality craftsmanship and customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of handyman experience

• Working knowledge of multiple trades, including:

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • Carpentry

  • Tile

• Ability to identify and use the proper equipment for different types of projects

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional and presentable appearance

• Reliable transportation

• Own truck or van and tools

• Punctual, dependable, and organized

• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
