Job Title: Harvest Assistant
Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Harvest Assistant to support our cultivation team in managing a harvest of approximately 320 plants. This is a hands-on role that involves all aspects of post-harvest processing.
Responsibilities:
Cut down plants and transport them to the dry room.
Weigh plants and record wet weight accurately.
Hang plants on drying racks as needed.
Clean and maintain the harvest area, including vacuuming trays and prepping for the next harvest.
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
Assist the Head Grower as needed throughout the harvest process.
Requirements:
Prior experience in cultivation or harvest roles preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
