Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a large-scale fresh frozen cannabis harvest. This role will focus on efficiently harvesting plants and preparing them for immediate freezing to preserve terpene and cannabinoid profiles. Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on work and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Harvest cannabis plants by hand with care and precision.
Transport freshly cut plants to processing areas.
Remove fan leaves and prepare material for fresh frozen storage.
Weigh and record wet material accurately.
Package and properly store harvested material to ensure quality preservation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tools, and equipment.
Follow all compliance, safety, and facility protocols.
Support the cultivation team with other harvest-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous harvest or cannabis cultivation experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in cold storage environments (freezer/processing rooms).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
