Hours
- Monday - Friday (8 Hour Shifts)
Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, watering, nutrient application, pruning, and pest management.
Monitor plant health, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
Support harvesting activities, including cutting, bucking, and transporting plants for post-harvest processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within cultivation and harvest areas.
Ensure compliance with all OLCC regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Must have an active OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
Basic knowledge of cannabis plant biology, cultivation practices, and harvest techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
