Position: Production Associate (Jobvious Referrals)
Location: 4343 Equity Drive, Columbus, OH 43228
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 10am-6pm shifts available, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends required. The 8am-4pm is offered as a second option.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and documented according to orders and company standards. Prepare orders for shipping.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of packed orders, including documentation of any errors or issues encountered during the packing process.
- Compliance & Safety
A Few Things About You:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are essential.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfort with working in a warehouse setting, including exposure to various environmental conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).
