Requirements / Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily tasks and assign duties to team members effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Communicate with management regarding team progress, challenges, and supply needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, cleaning, or facilities management roles.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
