Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packager to join our production team. In this role, you’ll assist with the final stages of edible production, ensuring that gummies are cut, weighed, and packaged accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in the growing cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
Hand-cut gummies according to production specifications
Accurately weigh individual pieces or batches before packaging
Package gummies into jars or bags with attention to portion accuracy and presentation
Label and stack finished products neatly in cases for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with quality checks to ensure consistency and product integrity
Follow all company policies and state compliance regulations
Requirements:
High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical labor (lifting up to 25 lbs)
Must be 21+ and able to obtain all required state compliance credentials
Previous experience in food production, packaging, or cannabis manufacturing is a plus
