Packager – Cannabis Manufacturing
Location: New Woodstock, NY (outside Syracuse)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Lunch: 1-hour paid lunch break
Employment Type: Temporary with potential to convert (4–6 months)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking Packagers to support daily production and order fulfillment operations at a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility in New York State. This is an ASAP need. Prior cannabis experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Label finished cannabis products accurately and compliantly
Package products according to company and state standards
Assemble and prepare customer orders for fulfillment
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Assist with additional production and packaging tasks as needed
Opportunity to take on increased responsibilities over time
Schedule & Work Details
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
40 hours per week
Paid 1-hour lunch break
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older (required by NYS cannabis regulations)
Must be able to pass a background check
No cannabis experience required
Warehouse, production, or packaging experience is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
Comfortable wearing closed-toe shoes (required)
