In this role, you’ll help prepare, package, and label cannabis products with care and precision to ensure consistency, compliance, and top-notch quality. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and other products.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure all packaging meets compliance regulations.
Track inventory and record batch information in accordance with state requirements.
Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety and sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cannabis production, food packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must meet all state and local requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
