What Success Looks Like
In this role, your primary goal is to deliver high-quality painting services that meet our standards for professionalism and durability. Success means arriving on time, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and completing projects according to the client’s specifications.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Preparing surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, and masking.
Applying paint, stain, and varnish using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Ensuring all work areas are left clean and professional at the end of each shift.
Communicating project status clearly with team leaders.
Following all safety protocols, especially when working in various environments.
Over time, you will:
Develop expertise in various painting techniques and specialty finishes.
Take on more complex projects as your skills and reliability are proven.
Participate in performance reviews to discuss your professional growth and compensation adjustments.

Requirements
Must live within a 30-minute commute of King of Prussia, PA.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, as required for working in school facilities.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus.
Prior experience with wallcovering installation and repair.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
