Prior Authorization Assistant - Mexico

We work with major health systems and specialty clinics in the US, including Northwell Health.

We're an early-stage team with around 12 engineers and 30 teammates across all departments.

Ascertain is backed by Northwell Health, New York's largest health system, and Deerfield Management, a leading healthcare investment firm.

We're headquartered in New York City. Most roles support a hybrid or remote-friendly model depending on the position.

Our mission is to restore time, trust, and focus to the people who keep healthcare running by eliminating the administrative burden that gets in the way of patient care.

We automate things like prior authorizations, eligibility verification, denials management, medical records requests, and care gap identification, among others.

Yes. At The Oncology Institute we reduced prior authorization workload by 95% across 100 plus oncology clinics. In a pilot with Northwell Health we cut authorization submission time by 67% and reduced user clicks by 80%.
