Position Summary

The Post-Production Support team member assists with the final stages of cannabis production, focusing on trimming, processing, packaging, and labeling. This role ensures products are prepared for distribution in compliance with company standards and state regulations. Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with post-harvest cannabis processing, with emphasis on trimming

• Support packaging, labeling, and preparation for distribution

• Weigh, sort, and organize cannabis products according to company specifications

• Maintain product quality through proper handling and sanitation procedures

• Ensure all packaging and labeling meets state compliance requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace per facility SOPs

• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to meet daily production goals

• Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory compliance standards

• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older

• Ability to obtain and maintain required state cannabis badges/licenses

• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, production, or cannabis operations preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed

• Perform repetitive tasks using hands and fingers

• Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment
