Brookfield Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism while supporting residents’ health and well-being.
Successful candidates will embody strong work ethic, integrity, and clinical competence while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Assess patients’ health needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to appropriate staff
Communicate with patients and families to provide education and emotional support
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Document patient progress and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR)
Stay current with nursing research, best practices, and clinical standards
Participate in professional development and continuing education
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
