Sales Representative
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Compensation: $35,000 base salary + commissions and bonuses, M-F, 40 hours per week

About the Role:
As a Sales Representative , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, represent our exceptional products, and contribute to our mission of elevating the cannabis experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and seize opportunities to expand the customer base.
Provide product education to clients, ensuring they understand our offerings and the value we bring.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales.
Education: BA degree preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong computer literacy.
Requirements:
Clean driving record.
2-3 letters of recommendation.
Bonus Points: Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required.
