Start your new career as a Part-Time Guest Service Associate with MAU at Milliken Guest House in Spartanburg, SC. As a Guest Service Associate, you will support a welcoming and efficient experience.  This role is responsible for preparing and resetting dining areas, assisting guests with buffet service, maintaining beverage stations, and working closely with restaurant and hospitality teams.

What We Offer

• Pay of $15.00 per hour
• 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Work hours may vary based on guest needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred 
• Previous experience in hospitality 
• Fine dining serving experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

What You’ll Do as a Guest Service Associate

• Set up tables with a focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization
• Reset and prepare tables for the next shift efficiently
• Greet and assist customers upon arrival
• Provide clear instructions on the buffet dining process
• Refill beverages promptly and as needed
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
• Assist guests with dining needs discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption during business meetings
• Perform wake-up calls during morning shifts upon request
• Complete additional tasks
