Overview

Classet is on a mission to modernize how people discover and connect with trade schools and vocational training. We are looking for a dedicated team member to help us optimize our sponsored job strategy. This role exists to ensure our advertising budget is performing efficiently, our messaging is resonating with potential students, and our data-driven approach continues to scale.

If you enjoy analyzing marketing performance, tweaking campaign parameters, and seeing the direct impact of your adjustments on enrollment numbers, this is an excellent opportunity to help grow a platform that makes a tangible difference in people's careers.

What You Will Do

Success in this role is measured by your ability to manage sponsored job campaigns across various platforms, ensuring we reach the right audience at the right cost. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of these campaigns, from initial setup to long-term performance optimization.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance, including spend, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Adjust bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct A/B testing on job descriptions, headlines, and call-to-action buttons to improve applicant quality.
  • Analyze competitive trends and market data to adjust your strategy in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to align campaign messaging with our overall brand voice and student experience goals.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience managing sponsored job campaigns (Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
  • A solid understanding of CPC, CPA, and conversion tracking mechanics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy.
  • A self-directed work style and comfort working in a fully remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working within the education, vocational training, or ed-tech sectors.
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic data visualization tools (like Tableau or Looker) for deeper performance reporting.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel advertising budgets.

Our Commitment

We believe in transparency and autonomy. As a remote-first company, we focus on clear communication and outcome-based results. You will have the tools, the support, and the creative freedom to experiment with new ideas and refine our growth strategy.

How to Apply

If you are ready to apply your analytical skills to a platform that helps individuals find meaningful career paths, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of a past campaign you managed and the specific steps you took to improve its performance.
