Warehouse Associate

Overview

We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our active team in Selma, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in our logistics pipeline by sorting, loading, and unloading freight to keep our operations running smoothly. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will work on the conveyor line or inside trailers, sorting and stacking packages based on labels, and moving them to their assigned staging areas. You will maintain a safe, clean work environment and collaborate closely with your teammates to meet daily processing goals.

Over time, success means mastering our sorting systems, maintaining a strong safety record, and consistently hitting efficiency targets. Shift & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
• Overtime: Scheduled overtime is required during our peak seasons to support team goals

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Ability to lift, carry, sort, and stack packages weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entire duration of your shift
• Ability to accurately read and match numbers, letters, and symbols on packages and staging signs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to following all safety guidelines and instructions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a standard background check and drug test

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or fast-paced physical environment (though not required, as we provide full paid training)
