SIMOS is Hiring a Warehouse Associate!

Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift

Overview

SIMOS is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and EPJ (if certified)

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, twist, and move for 8–10 hour shifts

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to take a background check and drug test
