Warehouse Associate

Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you are the backbone of our operations in Burlington. You will be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipping, ensuring that orders are accurately packed, stacked, and palletized. This is a hands-on, active role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can see the direct results of their work every day.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work independently to move non-perishable bulk products through our warehouse. Success here is defined by your reliability, your attention to safety, and your ability to maintain focus throughout your shift.

• Accurately pack, stack, and palletize products for shipment.
• Use your physical ability to reach, twist, squat, and maneuver throughout the warehouse.
• Push and pull carts weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Monitor your surroundings to ensure a safe environment, responding to facility alarms and traffic.
• Follow standard operating procedures and read part numbers/labels to ensure order accuracy.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• At least 6 months of previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift between 50 and 70 lbs. regularly throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment, which may include hot or cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Clear visual and auditory ability to follow safety protocols and identify workplace hazards.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug test.
• Available to work Sunday through Thursday, with flexibility for overtime.

Details and Benefits

• Pay: $16.25 per hour.
• Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (subject to change to 9:30 am – 6:00 pm).
