Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekend support as needed)

Overview

Confluent Medical Technologies is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on delivering life-saving solutions through innovation, engineering, and manufacturing excellence.

We are seeking an Epicor Technical Support Analyst to support and enhance our Epicor ERP system (Kinetic version 2024.1.12) in a multi-site, multi-company environment. This role will support production systems, assist with upgrades, and contribute to system implementations while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Epicor ERP system administration and ongoing production environment

• Act as liaison with Epicor support and implementation partners

• Triage and resolve end-user requests and system incidents

• Develop and support customizations, dashboards, reports, and BPMs

• Build reports using queries, dashboards, and SSRS

• Provide training and support to Epicor users across multiple modules

• Document, test, and validate software modifications

• Participate in Epicor upgrades and new implementations

• Receive ongoing development training and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of Epicor technical support experience

• Minimum 2 years of general technical support experience

• Knowledge of Epicor table structures and data usage

• Basic application knowledge of Epicor related to business processes and administration

• Ability to understand business operations and align technical solutions

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical users

• English proficiency required

• Knowledge of database administration, networking, and hardware/software maintenance

• Intermediate programming knowledge

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation and business materials

• Ability to write reports, documentation, and procedures

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively
