Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and mix nutrients and feeds for plants.
Assist with general plant care, including watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health.
Maintain a clean and organized grow space.
Lift and move items up to 50 pounds when needed.
Follow all company protocols to prevent contamination, including no personal home grows.
Complete daily reports and follow directions from supervisors.
Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
Participate in a 30-day trial period to ensure a good fit with the team and company culture.
Requirements:
Basic math skills for measuring and mixing plant nutrients.
Passion for cannabis and plant cultivation.
Strong teamwork mindset; conscious of others and prioritizes company needs.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
No personal home grows (to maintain facility health and prevent pest contamination).
Kind, patient, and strong communication skills.
Garden experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to participate in a 30-day trial period to assess fit.
Ability to follow instructions and accurately complete daily reports.
