Requirements / Responsibilities

- Prepare soil and planting beds, including tilling and conditioning soil for new plantings
- Assist in landscape design, installation, and upkeep of garden features such as pathways, borders, and water elements
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and report on garden health and progress, suggesting improvements as necessary
- Follow environmental and safety guidelines while performing all duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field
- Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and horticultural best practices
- Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely
- Physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Good observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or formal training in horticulture or landscaping is a plus
Job Details / Duties
- Daily maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, trees, and grass areas
- Seasonal planting and removal of flowers, bulbs, and plants

- Assisting with landscape improvements and installation of new features when required
