Position Overview
We are seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our team and play a key role in the daily care, maintenance, and cultivation of cannabis plants from propagation through harvest. This hands-on position involves working both indoors and in greenhouse environments, supporting all aspects of plant health, cleanliness, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily plant care and facility maintenance tasks.
Work in indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse environments, including conditions up to 90–95°F with high humidity.
Maintain facility sanitation and cleanliness to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Handle plant movements, transplants, and harvest activities.
Participate in drying, curing, trimming, and quality control processes.
Remove root balls, wash pots, and assist with general cleanup and organization.
Follow standard operating procedures and direction from cultivation leadership to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a reliable means of transportation.
Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card through the Department of Health and Senior Services.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including heat and humidity.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for plant care.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn in a growing industry.
