Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Medina. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our logistics operations moving efficiently by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. If you enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a reliable job with excellent growth potential, this position offers a stable path forward with paid training and supportive teammates.

Shifts:

7am-3:00pm; (1st Shift)

3pm – 11pm; (2nd Shift)

11pm – 7am; (3rd Shift)

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate, your focus will be on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Your daily activities will include:

• Safely loading and unloading trucks and pallets.

• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and records.

• Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if you are trained and certified.

• Following all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

• Assisting with general warehouse tasks and helping keep the facility organized and clean.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, production, or retail environment.

• Experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks.

Shifts and Compensation

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with the following shift differentials:

• 1st Shift: $15.00 per hour

• 2nd & 3rd Shifts: $16.00 per hour
