Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hour

Staff Management | SMX is seeking Warehouse Associates for our client’s site in Kenosha, WI. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing consumer products. Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday — $17.00/hour
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Friday — $18.00/hour

Flex Scheduling: Available, but associates must be able to work a full shift on the scheduled day.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you may be responsible for:

Picking, packing, repacking, and palletizing consumer products
General labor and material handling duties
Labeling products accurately based on customer requirements
Using tape and packaging materials properly
Following instructions to ensure order accuracy and quality
Performing housekeeping and “clean as you go” practices
Maintaining product safety and sanitation standards
Conducting work safely and reporting unsafe conditions to leadership
Following GMP standards
Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED required
Must take a background check
Must take a drug test
Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 20+ lbs
Must be able to follow PPE regulations and standards (PPE provided by site leadership as needed)
