Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, active Warehouse Team Members to join our fast-paced facility. In this role, you play a vital part in moving products safely and efficiently through our supply chain. Whether you start in picking and packing or work in receiving and inventory control, your work directly ensures that orders reach customers accurately and on time.

Pay and Work Schedule

We offer competitive hourly pay rates based on your shift selection:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.50 per hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18.50 per hour

Overtime details: Mandatory overtime may be required depending on seasonal demand and daily business needs. Overtime can include extended daily hours or additional working days.

What You'll Do

On a day-to-day basis, team members perform a variety of essential warehouse functions across different departments. Over time, you will have opportunities to cross-train and expand your skills across multiple areas of our operation.

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight vehicles.
• Process received goods and route items to appropriate storage locations.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with product sorting and organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with line leads and team members to hit daily shift targets.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Prior warehouse, light industrial, or related physical work experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift consistently throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.
• Strong reliability and a consistent attendance record.
• Ability to work required mandatory overtime when needed.
• A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using handheld RF scanners or inventory management tools.
• Prior experience specifically in loading, unloading, shipping, or receiving departments.
