Job Description
We are seeking Cannabis Packagers to support a licensed marijuana establishment in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves weighing, labeling, packaging, and preparing cannabis products in accordance with company procedures and Massachusetts cannabis regulations.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment with strict compliance and quality-control standards.
Responsibilities
Package cannabis products according to production standards.
Apply labels accurately and verify package information.
Maintain clean and organized workstations.
Follow all sanitation and product-handling procedures.
Report quality concerns to a supervisor.
Support inventory and batch tracking documentation.
Requirements
Previous packaging, warehouse, food production, or cannabis experience preferred.
Must be eligible to work for a licensed Massachusetts Marijuana Establishment.
Must complete onboarding requirements required by the employer.
Ability to follow written procedures.
Ability to work repetitive tasks accurately.
Badge / License Language
The selected candidate may be registered as a Marijuana Establishment Agent and may receive a Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration Card through the employer as part of onboarding.
