Pay Rate: $11.00 – $12.00 per hour

Overview

The Reserves Network is seeking dependable 3rd Shift Picker / Packers to support warehouse operations in Browns Summit, NC. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items according to order specifications

• Sort and organize products for shipment

• Verify product accuracy and quantities before packing

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines

• Support general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight / 3rd shift hours

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move packages as required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity expectations

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not required
