Job Description
We are hiring a Dispensary Associate for a cannabis retail location in Portland, Oregon. The Dispensary Associate will assist customers, process transactions, maintain product displays, and follow Oregon cannabis compliance rules.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a regulated environment and handling cannabis products responsibly.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection.
Verify customer identification before sales.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Maintain product displays and restock inventory.
Follow Oregon cannabis sales and security procedures.
Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Requirements
Prior cannabis, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work in Oregon cannabis retail.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must follow all OLCC rules and company policies.
Badge / License Language
Applicants must hold or be able to present a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit before working in the dispensary.
