Apply to JobAbout the Role
As an Admissions Representative, you are the first point of contact for individuals seeking to transform their careers by earning a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Your primary objective is to guide prospective students through our course options, answer their questions with complete integrity, and help them take their first steps toward financial independence.
This part-time inside sales role focuses entirely on warm leads—individuals who have already reached out to us for information. If you excel at active listening, building trust, and guiding people through an impactful decision, this role offers a clear path to make a meaningful difference while achieving your professional goals.
What Success Looks Like
In the first month: You will master our program options, understand our standard operating procedures, and become comfortable using our CRM. You will begin taking inbound inquiries and conducting follow-ups with warm leads to set sales appointments.
Over time: You will consistently drive enrollments by conducting engaging in-person presentations, accurately matching student needs to the right training packages, and maintaining high conversion rates. You will build strong relationships with candidates, follow up diligently, and maintain complete accuracy in student records and payment processing.

- Manage the CRM: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all calls, appointments, sales, and follow-ups within our CRM software.
- Support Onboarding: Instruct new students on classroom and training procedures to ensure a seamless transition into their coursework.
