What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will keep cargo moving efficiently by loading and unloading packages, building up containers for outbound flights, and breaking down incoming shipments. You will sort and scan items, operate manual moving equipment like pallet jacks, and verify that all air express containers match required weights, dimensions, and safety documentation.

Over time, success in this role means mastering our safety and security guidelines, maintaining a consistent pace without sacrificing accuracy, and working collaboratively with your team to meet tight flight deadlines.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering a steady wage of $19.50 per hour.

We operate on rotating schedules that require weekend work (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. The available shifts are:

  • Mid Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Overnight Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Position Requirements

What you need to bring (Must-Haves):

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift.

  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and safety warnings.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends (Friday through Sunday), and holidays.

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test.

Great-to-Haves (Nice-to-Haves):

  • One year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cargo-handling environment.

  • Prior experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
