Role Overview

Every day, thousands of packages travel across the country to reach their destinations on time. As an Air Logistics Warehouse Associate, you are at the heart of this process. Operating out of our Stockton facility, you will prepare cargo for outbound flights and process incoming shipments from arrived aircraft. This is a physical, fast-paced role essential to keeping global supply chains moving safely and efficiently.

What Success Looks Like

On a daily basis, you will work with a close-knit team to manage the flow of air freight. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading package containers, moving cargo by hand and using manual equipment like pallet jacks.
• Building up cargo containers for outbound flights to ensure safe transit, and breaking down containers from arriving flights.
• Sorting, scanning, and routing packages accurately within the warehouse.
• Verifying piece counts, package weights, and dimensions against documentation to comply with strict air safety and security guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Over time, success means mastering air cargo safety standards, maintaining high accuracy during time-sensitive flight windows, and working collaboratively to ensure no package is left behind.

Compensation & Shifts

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.25 per hour (paid weekly)

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. Because air cargo operates around the clock, we require flexible scheduling. Candidates must have open availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays. During peak season (October through December), additional hours may be required. Available shifts include:

• Sunrise Shift: 1:30 AM - 10:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Requirements

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk for the duration of your shift.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to safely navigate a busy airport warehouse environment.
• Ability to understand and react quickly to verbal safety warnings and commands.
• Successful completion of a standard background check and drug screen.

Nice-to-Haves

• One year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or air cargo role.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
