customers, support their wellness journeys, and ensure a smooth and compliant shopping

Core Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service on hemp-derived cannabinoids including CBD,
THCA
• Educate customers on the benefits, effects, and usage of various hemp-based products
(e.g., flower, tinctures, edibles, vapes, topicals)
• Stay current on federal and Virginia laws related to hemp and cannabinoid compliance
• Verify customer ID to ensure all sales meet legal age requirements (21+)
• Maintain organized, compliant product displays and assist with inventory
• Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately
• Share promotions such as Happy Hour specials, bundle deals, and new drops
• Represent the Daily Vibes brand with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications:
• Must be 21+ years old
• Passion for hemp wellness, CBD, and THCA products
• Retail, customer service, or dispensary experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Must pass a background check
• Basic knowledge of cannabinoids or a willingness to learn
