Requirements / Responsibilities
Accurately package various candy products according to established guidelines.
Inspect candy items for quality and ensure only perfect products are packed.
Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to meet company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Report any inconsistencies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food handling is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Details / Duties
Operate packaging machinery or hand-pack candy products efficiently.
Sort and handle candy items with care to prevent damage.
Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment.
Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are low.
Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of packaging equipment.
Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed.
Shifts
This position operates on a consistent day shift schedule from Monday through Friday. Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a reliable weekday routine with evenings and weekends off.
