We are hiring a Cannabis Dispensary Associate for a licensed cannabis retail store in Portland, Oregon. This role supports daily dispensary operations, customer service, product education, inventory handling, and regulated retail procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with cannabis product questions.
- Verify customer identification before completing sales.
- Explain product categories including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays.
- Follow store policies for cannabis sales, inventory, and security.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Requirements:
- Prior retail, customer service, or cannabis experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a regulated retail environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
