We are hiring a Cannabis Retail Agent for a licensed cannabis dispensary in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role supports customer service, cannabis product education, ID verification, point-of-sale transactions, inventory support, and compliance with Nevada cannabis retail procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with cannabis product questions.
- Verify customer identification before completing sales.
- Explain product categories including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, and tinctures.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays.
- Follow store procedures for cannabis sales, inventory, and security.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board Agent Card for dispensary or retail work.
- Prior retail, customer service, or cannabis experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a regulated cannabis environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
