As a Cannabis Trimmer, you will play a vital role in preparing cannabis products for market by expertly trimming and manicuring cannabis plants. Requirements / Responsibilities Trim cannabis plants by hand to prepare for processing and saleMaintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standardsInspect buds and remove unwanted leaves and stems efficientlyFollow all company policies and regulatory guidelines while handling cannabis productsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications Must possess a valid CO marijuana employee badgePrevious experience in cannabis trimming or a similar role is preferred but not requiredAttention to detail and ability to work quickly and accuratelyAbility to stand for extended periods and use hand tools repetitivelyReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Details / Duties Manicure cannabis flower by hand to ensure premium product appearanceSort and separate trimmed cannabis to maintain quality controlAdhere to sanitation and safety protocols at all timesReport any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management
Compensation & Benefits Pay rate: $13.33 per hour.
Shifts This position operates Monday through Friday on day shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location This role is located in Denver, CO. You must be able to reliably commute to the area near Ball Arena.
