Our staffing company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities focused on the Classet Logan Test environment. This role is vital in ensuring that software applications meet business requirements and user needs before full deployment. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, business users, and IT to validate system functionality and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
Requirements / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand UAT test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Execute UAT test plans, scenarios, and scripts to verify software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and any risks or issues to project management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of test environments and test data for UAT.
- Support the coordination of UAT activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the UAT process and overall software quality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in User Acceptance Testing or related software testing roles.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience working with test management tools or defect tracking systems is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the specific application environment or technologies involved is a plus.
