Your ability to connect with patients in both English and Spanish can make a real difference.

Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is looking for bilingual CMA/RMAs who love talking with patients and are ready to bring their clinical experience into a fully remote role.

You'll build relationships with patients managing chronic conditions, help them navigate their care, and make sure language isn't a barrier to getting the support they need.

No commute. No weekends. Meaningful patient care—from home.

What Your Day Looks Like

You'll connect with English- and Spanish-speaking patients by phone to:

• Discuss medications, symptoms, appointments, and care needs

• Help patients understand and stay engaged in their care plans

• Identify concerns and escalate them appropriately

• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and healthcare teams

• Accurately document patient interactions in the EHR

• Introduce eligible patients to care management programs and assist with enrollment when needed

• Consistently meet established quality and productivity expectations

This is a busy, phone-focused role. Successful Care Coordinators enjoy talking with patients, navigate technology confidently, and stay productive while working independently.

What You'll Need

• Active CMA or RMA certification

• Current BLS certification

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

• Recent clinical or patient-facing healthcare experience

• Strong patient communication and EHR/documentation skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Dedicated, private workspace appropriate for HIPAA-compliant patient interactions

Experience with CCM, RPM, TCM, population health, patient enrollment, or telephone-based care is a plus.
