Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is hiring Remote Enrollment Coordinators to help patients discover healthcare programs designed to give them more support between office visits.

You’ll talk with eligible patients, build rapport, explain the value of Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), answer questions, and help them get enrolled.

• Connect with eligible patients by phone

• Build trust and explain how CCM/RPM can help them

• Answer questions and confidently overcome objections

• Turn great conversations into enrollments

• Work toward a goal of 8 enrollments per day

• Document your work accurately and efficiently

What You’ll Need

• Active CMA or RMA certification

• Current BLS

• Recent healthcare or patient-facing experience

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

• Healthcare outreach, enrollment, sales, CCM/RPM, or customer service experience is a plus - but we’ll train the right person.
