Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hour + Sales/Profit-Based Bonuses

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, manage scheduling, and provide outstanding service to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional with a strong sales and customer service background who is looking to grow into a leadership role within a nationally recognized brand that maintains the close-knit feel of a locally owned franchise.

No construction experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries and job leads in a timely manner

  • Educate customers on services, pricing, availability, and service model

  • Match the right craftsmen to the right customer to ensure a smooth customer journey

  • Coordinate schedules and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects

  • Utilize dispatching and scheduling software effectively

  • Return customer calls and follow up with past clients

  • Perform paperwork, filing, and administrative duties

  • Assist in solving operational and logistical challenges

  • Support daily schedule management to maximize efficiency

Requirements

  • Must live within 10 miles of Hobby Airport

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 5+ years of administrative assistant and/or scheduling experience

  • Strong sales background

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Adaptive to technology and comfortable using scheduling/dispatch software

  • Excellent office management skills

  • Solid typing skills (ten-key skills a plus)

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities

  • Solution-focused mindset and ability to think quickly
