Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.00/hour

Overview

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Embroidery Machine Operators to support operations for SIMOS Insourcing Solutions in New Kensington, PA. This is a great opportunity to work with industrial sewing equipment in a modern production environment and build hands-on manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial embroidery and sewing machines safely and efficiently

• Read and measure materials accurately using rulers

• Create and apply labels for packaging

• Prepare finished items for shipping

• Use computers and scanners for production tracking

• Maintain quality and performance standards

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 40–49 lbs

• Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)

• Basic math skills (without assistive devices)

• Strong understanding of written and verbal English

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Must wear steel toe boots

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Must take a background check and drug test

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM ($15.00/hour)

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM ($16.00/hour)
