Requirements / Responsibilities

• Operate grilling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Serve customers promptly while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Handle cash or electronic payments accurately when required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Job Details / Duties

• Setting up and prepping the cooking area before service times.
• Cooking and assembling hot dogs with toppings as requested by customers.
• Monitoring food supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low.
• Ensuring all cooking tools and equipment are cleaned regularly.
• Assisting with inventory and restocking during shifts.
• Providing quick and efficient service during peak hours to minimize customer wait times.
